Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?
I started my business as a hobby in 2010. I started out participating in craft shows here in Jacksonville, FL. I also started selling on Etsy shortly after my launch. As my business grew on Etsy, I eventually had to stop participating in the craft shows. I’m the only employee in LuLu’s Collars so I stay quite busy. In 2022, I opened a Brick and Mortar here in Jacksonville and started my own website. luluscollars.com
What are some of your other favorite services/apps/tools for managing your social media presence?
I use Canva mostly.
What other methods/strategies did you try in order to address those issues prior to using Smarcomms?
I just tried to keep up with it myself.

About 5 weeks.

My favorite thing to do is custom work. I love creating an item from my customers vision and making it reality.
