Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?
My office is in New City, NY – and over the past couple of years, Think LegacyLife has become a part of my overall insurance business – focusing on how a gift of life insurance can be a valuable part of one’s charitable legacy. My family had set up a fund – The Keith B. Hayes Foundation – 16 years ago with the Community Foundation of Orange and Sullivan in memory of our son, Keith – and my wife and I have made life insurance a part of the fund’s future. It gives us comfort to know that The Keith B. Hayes Foundation is assured to continue its mission for many years after we are gone.
What are some of your other favorite services/apps/tools for managing your social media presence?
Instagram.
What other methods/strategies did you try in order to address those issues prior to using Smarcomms?
I did not use any other prior methods or strategies – just my haphazard efforts which were not consistent nor organized.

I really needed to do something – and do it better.

No – Smarcomms is my first attempt at improving my social media marketing and branding.
