Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?

“Our target market is single parents to successful professionals. Our demographic tends to be 25 to 55 years of age. Most of our clients are too busy to shop at local stores or want the privacy of shopping from home.”

What are some of your other favorite services/apps/tools for managing your social media presence?

e currently focus on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest and plan to add LinkedIn and TikTok to our social media presence. We plan to do this through Smarcomms.

What other methods/strategies did you try in order to address those issues prior to using Smarcomms?

We tried to hire independent social media gurus through Fiverr but they were not able to understand what we were looking for. I would have to review, request changes and review, request more changes. Not because I was changing my mind but because they would spell our company name incorrectly, list the product.

How did you learn about Smarcomms?

By accident. I was scrolling through one of the platforms and seen an advertisement for Smarcomms. I was a bit skeptical but I was desperate for help.

How long have you been using Smarcomms?

“Two months.”

What prompted you to move forward with Smarcomms?

“Initially the price was intriguing. But then as I was going through the onboarding process, I could see they were so much better organized than any of the previous providers. They asked pertinent questions that required thought. Best of all, they actually read the inputs and have been working to ensure my needs are being met.”

Have you tried any of our competitors? If so, why did you choose Smarcomms instead?

Only those mentioned previously. Private providers that we sourced through Fiverr.

How are you benefitting from using Smarcomms? i.e. 10 hours saved per week, 15 new enquiries from social media etc.

I would say that when we worked on it prior to Smarcomms, I spent more time reviewing and requesting changes than if I would have done it myself. Let’s say I would work 10 hours per week, as an amature, it is extremely frustrating when you have spent that much time on a project and not be satisfied with the result. Now I work 15 minutes per week, tops and so far, I’m very satisfied.

Anything else you’re proud to share?

It has been awesome thus far and I’m glad I started to use Smarcomms. It allows me to focus on running my business.

Do you have any changes you’d like to see made with Smarcomms? Any ideas for the team?

“I think I would like reminders of special dates that would help with the planning targeting Halloween, Valentines Day, Steak and BJ day (just kidding), or events that are significant – black Friday, cyber Monday, St. Patrick’s day.”

Do you have any advice for other Smarcomms users?

“Sign up as soon as possible.”

What is one thing you want customers to take away from your business? What are you truly selling?

We sell time. Intimate time with your significant other, or time for yourself. The second thing provide is enjoyment. Each of us has our own definition of what that means and we provide a large selection of products for your personal enjoyment.
