Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?
We launched in 2024, we are a business VoIP phone system & Unified Communications Platform. We are headquartered in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and we love helping businesses communicate more efficiently, and effectively.
What are some of your other favorite services/apps/tools for managing your social media presence?
We have really enjoyed using Smarcomms, having dedicated content creators and writers makes perfecting “our voice” much easier to maintain.
What other methods/strategies did you try in order to address those issues prior to using Smarcomms?
We’ve used AI and Canva, but it was still taking hours weekly to fine tune content. Now it takes less than an hour.

We are a young company, mainly focused on the tech, and working with our clients, social media was suffering, and now we are posting regularly. While we haven’t started generating leads yet, we are certain it will come. I’d assume I’m saving at least 5 hours.

Do you have any changes you’d like to see made with Smarcomms? Any ideas for the team?
I do wish that the content type could be more varied. Or that the creators would maybe give some advice to gain more traction or garner more views.

Give it time, be clear with what you want them to create/design, and get to work!
What is one thing you want customers to take away from your business? What are you truly selling?
We are taking the stress of stable voice, text, sms, (business communication), and providing an affordable, stable, consistent product.
