Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?
We launched early 2022. We are located in Lawrenceville GA. We do not have a physical store.
What are some of your other favorite services/apps/tools for managing your social media presence?
I use Smarcomms for social media presence and marketing. I sometimes use Meta Business Suite myself. Used an Ai online website to help with posting but lack if experience and time have been a big problem.
What other methods/strategies did you try in order to address those issues prior to using Smarcomms?
I used an online Ai platform , but lack of time and experience had been challenging. I also hired freelancers to male posts for me but I was not satisfied with the content and the outlook of the posts. There was no research behind what was to be posted and what audience was to be targeted.
How did you learn about Smarcomms?
I saw the add on instagram. I looked at the price offering. Talked to the marketing manager and went ahead to give it a try. Especially for a much reasonable price.
How long have you been using Smarcomms?
It going to be almost 5-6 weeks.
What prompted you to move forward with Smarcomms?
Package that included social media posting with a consistent theme at a reasonable price is attractive for the new businesses. The team looks competent and committed. The overall outlook was promising.
Have you tried any of our competitors? If so, why did you choose Smarcomms instead?
I have not tried any other company yet. I do use another company that does SEO optimization for my website but no social media management yet.
How are you benefitting from using Smarcomms? i.e. 10 hours saved per week, 15 new enquiries from social media etc.
So far , All what i have got is new followers and increased LIKES on my contents. I am yet to see genuine followers who like the routine posts. The Add campaigns did increase the LIKES.
Anything else you’re proud to share?
I like the smarcomms online portal and timely approval notices and engagement with the customers.
Do you have any changes you’d like to see made with Smarcomms? Any ideas for the team?
I think the Online Portal does not work well with Cell Phones. I have to switch to desktop version of the portal to see and approve the contents. A little inconvenience I would say.
Do you have any advice for other Smarcomms users?
I would ask them to stay engaged and also suggest if anything need to be improved on the social media platform or if our social media is lacking any key feature. I would also like to get a summary of my standing on the social media front and next steps that I could take.
What is one thing you want customers to take away from your business? What are you truly selling?
We are selling the perfection , beauty and shine of a diamond in an equally perfect stone called Moissanite. When the love and care is complete but the price is limiting the expression of these emotions moissanite does the job perfectly. Its cheaper than diamond but retains all the qualities of the diamond.
