Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?
We opened our doors 10.14.21. Our HQ is in Charlotte NC. I was always into fitness and want to help kids stay healthy and just help people all together.
What are some of your other favorite services/apps/tools for managing your social media presence?
I love Photofy app, canva so I can edit and be more creative and Tamply to do reels.
What other methods/strategies did you try in order to address those issues prior to using Smarcomms?
Looked up other gym’s accounts. Spend hours scrolling through social media. At some point I had a marketing company who used to post for me, but there post started being boring.
How did you learn about Smarcomms?
Google. Trying to find a marketing company.
How long have you been using Smarcomms?
This is my second month.
What prompted you to move forward with Smarcomms?
I love that I can use the platform it self to share our posts and that I still have something to say. I’m the one approving posts, and we can use our pictures etc.
Have you tried any of our competitors? If so, why did you choose Smarcomms instead?
To be honest some of them were really expensive and being a small business owner I can’t pay $500 for social media. You page was the most appealing to me.
How are you benefitting from using Smarcomms? i.e. 10 hours saved per week, 15 new enquiries from social media etc.
I love it! I can focus on running my business instead browsing social media.

You guys have been amazing! Customer support is excellent and I love that I work with multiple people assigned to my account. I love that you can add multiple accounts.
Do you have any changes you’d like to see made with Smarcomms? Any ideas for the team?
Not really. Can you use ISI Belmont logo 😉 sometimes? ;).
