Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?

“We launched PleaseSign in 2015, with our headquarters based in Queensland, Australia. Our journey began when we recognised a significant gap in the market for locally produced and owned alternatives to digital signing solutions at fair prices. Seeing this need, we were moved to start PleaseSign and provide a solution that meets the needs of businesses while supporting the Australian economy.”

What are some of your other favorite services/apps/tools for managing your social media presence?

“We gave it our best shot to create our own social media posts, but with a busy workload, our posting schedule became inconsistent, and sometimes we didn’t post at all. Our main platforms are Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. While we’ve dabbled with other platforms they didn’t quite hit the mark as they required time to manage ourselves. However, we’ve recently started using Smarcomms, and it’s great to see our user base growing with regular posts being made.”

What other methods/strategies did you try in order to address those issues prior to using Smarcomms?

Before implementing Smarcomms, we explored various methods and strategies to tackle these challenges. We initially attempted to handle content creation in-house, relying on our team’s efforts. Additionally, we researched alternative solutions to streamline the process.
