Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?

“My Window Washing and Gutter Cleaning started in 2003, in Chicago, serving city of Chicago and all suburbs. Provide window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing, solar panel cleaning, ice dam removal for residential and business customers. Started by professional window washers with the goal to provide better customer service, and higher quality at competitive costs.”

What are some of your other favorite services/apps/tools for managing your social media presence?

“Brightlocal – posting on google, monitoring rankings, dba platform – google posts, review management tool.”

What other methods/strategies did you try in order to address those issues prior to using Smarcomms?

“We used planable.io to create posts and upload them to the social media channels. It still took too much time away from running the business, so it never worked for us.”

How did you learn about Smarcomms?

“From facebook.”

How long have you been using Smarcomms?

“2 months.”

What prompted you to move forward with Smarcomms?

Reasonable costs, and the ability to free myself from having to create posts, allowing me to concentrate on running the business.

We tried a few different services. We had a social media. But canceled because the costs were too high, and the service wasn’t that good. They only posted a few times per month.

“I think we mostly benefit by saving time and actually having consistent social media presence. By my estimations, we save from 5 to 8 hours per week. That is a full work day!”

Do you have any changes you’d like to see made with Smarcomms? Any ideas for the team?

Since this is just the beginning of our journey with Smarcomms, and I’m still learning how the system works, I can’t comment on the changes needed. Although I think it would be great for customers to be able to upload media files to the designated folder in the dashboard instead of sending support tickets with files.”

Do you have any advice for other Smarcomms users?
