Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?
My passion for getting children active and into sports at an early age led me to launch Go Tennis International, in particular, my Tennis Program for 3-6 year olds, about 35 years ago, in Australia, (my base). I was then the first person to introduce a sport (Tennis) into childcare centres, preschools, and kindergartens, as an extra curriculum activity at their centres. Each lesson (40 in total in my Kids Tennis Program for 3-6 year olds) includes 2 or 3 gross motor skills and a tennis stroke. Initially, my coaches/team would conduct the classes at the premises of the childcare provider, with the parents of the children participating , and paying for the lessons. As not all parents were prepared to or /and could afford the lessons, not all children at the centres could participate. Since then, many more such extra curriculum activities are offered to the childcare providers here in Australia, saturating the market.
What are some of your other favorite services/apps/tools for managing your social media presence?
So far, I’ve only used facebook and instagram.
What other methods/strategies did you try in order to address those issues prior to using Smarcomms?
A digital marketer, who reached a large number of audience targeted but never any further response after reaching this audience.

I saw it on facebook.
How long have you been using Smarcomms?
I subscribed just a month ago, and added my Facebook page 10 days ago, so they’re managing it as well now.
What prompted you to move forward with Smarcomms?
The cost and the fact that you seem like a reputable company.
Have you tried any of our competitors? If so, why did you choose Smarcomms instead?
No.
How are you benefitting from using Smarcomms? i.e. 10 hours saved per week, 15 new enquiries from social media etc.
I’m still in the early stages. Posts started April 6, 2023, so there are no perceived benefits at this stage.

Again, it’s just the beginning stages, but your team is very helpful in making the changes when requested.
