Founder & CEO

Henry Earle-A'Hern

Henry started Smarcomms after burning through ad budgets on marketing he couldn't measure. A decade and 10,000+ clients later, he's still obsessed with the same thing. Results you can track.

Bio

Henry kept running into the same problem. Business owners spending money on marketing with no way to tell if it was working.

In 2016, he started Smarcomms to fix that. Not with vanity metrics or vague promises, but by delivering results business owners can measure.

He started the company on his own. Today it's a multi-million dollar leader with over 10,000 clients across the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, and beyond.

Expertise

Everything Henry knows comes from doing the work. Running the campaigns, losing the money, and figuring out what moves the needle:

  • Meta Advertising: Strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, and lead generation campaigns tied directly to revenue.

  • Social Media Management: Content strategy, community management, and building a brand voice that sounds like the business, not a template.

  • Marketing Systems: Repeatable, measurable acquisition funnels that scale without falling apart.

  • Agency Operations: Pricing, service delivery, team building, and keeping clients around long enough to see real results.

Experience

Henry's personally spent over $1.2 million on Meta advertising for Smarcomms and has run campaigns that have brought in millions for clients. He built the company from a one-person operation to a team serving thousands of businesses.

He's also made every proverbial mistake in the book:

  • Blown money on ads that flopped

  • Chased likes instead of leads

  • Built services nobody wanted

He learned the hard way so his clients don't have to.

He put all of it into a book. Zero Hope Marketing is basically everything Henry learned about getting customers without guessing. Competitor analysis, systematic marketing, and how to stop relying on hope as a strategy. It's the playbook he wishes someone had handed him when he started.

Education

Henry studied Marketing Communications at Bournemouth University in the UK.
