Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?

“The business went through a rebranding exercise to Thinkpac was created in 2019 and we are based in Melbourne. I started this business for personal reasons – it was a personal goal of mine to expand the family business to Australia by stocking and supplying our products in Australia.”

Saved resources to come up with content so we can focus on other marketing efforts.

So far we are happy that Smarrcom is able to repurpose our website content and turn them into LinkedIn post, we have not seen much engagement from audience yet however it’s worth noting that it’s still early days.

Do you have any changes you’d like to see made with Smarcomms? Any ideas for the team?

It will be great if there was a goal setting feature in Smarcomms that we can set a goal to hit, and it would be really good to hit those goals with a Smarcomms product. (e.g. 0 to 5 social media inquiries).

Do you have any advice for other Smarcomms users?

Not at this stage.  

What is one thing you want customers to take away from your business? What are you truly selling?

Want to educate our customers to make smarter choices when they choose consumables. Buying “post-consumer recycled” products contributes to the soft plastic problem in Australia. Buying “pre-consumer” or generic recycled products do nothing to the environment.
