Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?

My brand as Zumba Caribbean Shell is providing mentorship via styles of dance, teamwork, individual as well as community interaction, incorporating promotions for our Kitsap county and worldwide needs. We do all this at the same time, staying true to encompassing self care and total healthy lifestyle. We promote a fit lifestyle by supporting our Kitsap community fundraising events (e.g. YMCA Zumbathon and Dance beats fundraisers for community programs, support Commit fitness team of local instructors, Breast Cancer fundraising, UNICEF fundraising to aid Ukrainian children) we also promote cruise events. So hire us for your event entertainment, your promotions and purchase our swag as we are Zumba instructors, affiliates and insiders.

What are some of your other favorite services/apps/tools for managing your social media presence?

Smarcomms was my favorite because they offered a realistic affordable package, not full of overwhelming jargon, they offered an easy to use platform of communication, utilized an onboard system to get started, followed up with emails for step by step directions and learning materials very easy to understand, they wanted to learn more about me, guide me and set me up for success. I feel more empowered to complete my task utilizing a professional Instagram and Facebook platform. Content panel and social media post plan with easy support and sharing via Dropbox.

What other methods/strategies did you try in order to address those issues prior to using Smarcomms?

I utilized friends, several other marketing professional services, apps and teaching blogs before making progress in my business utilizing Smarcomms.

How long have you been using Smarcomms?

This is my first week utilizing their services.

What prompted you to move forward with Smarcomms?

The itemized options for me to choose from identify exactly what platform and when I needed the help.

Have you tried any of our competitors? If so, why did you choose Smarcomms instead?

Yes I’ve tried the competition and didn’t like the idea the contracts, long term up front fees, very long training period to be assigned an expert, didn’t like the aggressive tone and claiming they were better and knew what’s best for me without understanding my vision and needs.

How are you benefitting from using Smarcomms? i.e. 10 hours saved per week, 15 new enquiries from social media etc.

My benefits include having my life back of sanity to focus on my true passion and not trying to learn every technical challenge to keeping abreast with social media and my content, saved me over 10-15 hrs a week, giving me over 15 new enquirers in one day and the opportunity to showcase my business on their own blog.

Anything else you’re proud to share?

As a new startup, I definitely recommend Smarcomms, I can’t wait to further experience the growth and success that awaits me.

Do you have any changes you’d like to see made with Smarcomms? Any ideas for the team?

So far so good but I’d like to see future video edits help of my personal videos in the platform.More video editing with original audio, music synchronization should be explored.

Do you have any advice for other Smarcomms users?

Keep communication clear and specific it helps gain clarity to self check and accountability in getting the job done, don’t assume just ask. Sky is always the limit, and if they don’t an answer they will help you find a solution. Let them create your new business profile form scratch and monitor and approve what you want posted. It’s that simple.

What is one thing you want customers to take away from your business? What are you truly selling?

Would like customers to join us keeping a fit lifestyle by supporting our community and cruise events, hire us for events and their promotions, purchase our swag as a Zumba affiliate and insider.
