Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?
“We are Schmicko and we are revolutionising the way car owners take care of their car across Syney and Melbourne with on-demand car care services that are mobile. We know that taking care of your car can be inconvenient and a nightmare for many, so we just knew Schmicko was the way to go, the automotive industry in this particular sector has been so outdated. “
What are some of your other favorite services/apps/tools for managing your social media presence?
“Smarcomms was a convenient service to use, let’s face it, I am not the most creative person out there and Smarcomms makes quick work of creatives much more faster and effectively than myself.”
What other methods/strategies did you try in order to address those issues prior to using Smarcomms?
“Tried using builders like canva, but even though it is a great platform, I just lacked the time to constantly tweak them and so on. Did have some of our marketing guys to give it a go, but I just felt their time was better spent on the major tasks.”

“No we have not.”

“Well ,we really neglected our social media – so everything created by Smarcomms is everything gained.”

“Too early as of yet to note of anything.”
Do you have any changes you’d like to see made with Smarcomms? Any ideas for the team?
“I know it is a small thing – but why not have the dashboard and client as one login rather across 2 portals? I am sure there is more to it, just my minor observation.”
