Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?

I am located in California and launched a psychology business in February 2022. I was motivated to provide accessible psychological assessments to people who were struggling with mental health issues. I noticed a lot of people were getting the wrong diagnosis and treatment and unnecessarily suffering as a result. Unfortunately, it takes about seven wrong trials of medication due to a wrong diagnosis and treatment before someone gets the right treatment or medication. That’s where I come in; I can help people get it right the first time by offering thorough clinical psychological assessments, all done remotely from the comfort of your home!

What are some of your other favorite services/apps/tools for managing your social media presence?

I use FormDR to send electronic intake forms and psychological screening tools. I am contracted with Q-Global and Cambridge Brain Sciences. Through Cambridge, I can immediately send individual customized psychological and neuropsychological assessment tools. With Cambridge assessments, you have instant access to your psychological profile report, which is easy to understand, and you can share these with your physician to further customize and tailor your treatment. Through Q-Global, I send psychopathology assessments to assist with personality disorders and other clinical pathology. I use Square invoices to take payments for services and include this as part of the intake process.

What other methods/strategies did you try in order to address those issues prior to using Smarcomms?

I attempted to advertise and post links to my services through Healthgrades, ZocDoc, and Top Doc, but they yielded little to no results or individuals that didn’t match with the insurances I took. Smarcomms provided more precise customizations to create marketing to connect me to the types of customers that would most benefit from my services.

How long have you been using Smarcomms?

I have been using Smarcomms for about three months and am very pleased with the results.

What prompted you to move forward with Smarcomms?

Smarcomms made it easy to start the process immediately, without being hounded by multiple calls and people emailing me and pressuring me into an interview. This is why I ultimately chose Smarcomms over other competitors.

Have you tried any of our competitors? If so, why did you choose Smarcomms instead?

The other competitors were too aggressive with multiple calls and emails pressuring me to schedule time in my calendar. Smarcomms allowed me to move forward in the process withouthainvg to sacrifice my time.

How are you benefitting from using Smarcomms? i.e. 10 hours saved per week, 15 new enquiries from social media etc.

Smarcomms advertising can be uploaded to multiple social media platforms including google. This has saved me at least 8-10 hours a week if I were to do the work myself.

Do you have any changes you’d like to see made with Smarcomms? Any ideas for the team?

I’d like to have the opportunity to have a zoom call with my content creator so I can provide meaningful feedback to provide direction moving forward that can save them time in knowing more about population I’m trying to reach.

You have nothing to lose by giving it a trial run. If you are not happy with the content you can modify it until it best meets your needs.

What is one thing you want customers to take away from your business? What are you truly selling?

I offer a better quality of life by connecting people to psychological services. It is life changing.
