Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?

I am a self-taught creative designer from Durham, NC that has a degree in Computer Information Systems. LenaGrace Designs are inspired by my grandmothers, Lena and Grace. The designs are for men and women that are stylish, bold, and strong. My inspiration comes from God, family, friends, and the community. I am so inspired by color, metals, and shapes. I use my designs to create awareness about culture, history, and beliefs. I always try to make my designs as eye-catching as possible. I believe art can be a great way to bring people together.

What are some of your other favorite services/apps/tools for managing your social media presence?

Canva is one of my favorite tools to help with designs and social media scheduling.

What other methods/strategies did you try in order to address those issues prior to using Smarcomms?

We hired a virtual assistant to help with posting and creating ads.

How did you learn about Smarcomms?

I saw an Instagram ad for Smarcomms’ services.

How long have you been using Smarcomms?

What prompted you to move forward with Smarcomms?

We need to be able to focus on designing our new collection for the fall more than social media platforms.

Have you tried any of our competitors? If so, why did you choose Smarcomms instead?

No, we have not tried the competitors.

How are you benefitting from using Smarcomms? i.e. 10 hours saved per week, 15 new enquiries from social media etc.

We are able to benefit from having additional time and gather analytics that will help to optimize future posts.
