Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?

We are a staffing/recruitment firm that is based out of Calgary, Alberta. Started in 2019, Axcess Talent Management Solutions began as an impulse venture to be able to help those looking for work by matching them with companies hiring. AxcessTMS is based around supporting our employees and providing them the best chance and finding long term employment.

What are some of your other favorite services/apps/tools for managing your social media presence?

We use Zoho Social and the Smarcomms media dashboard

What other methods/strategies did you try in order to address those issues prior to using Smarcomms?

We used Zoho Social and were actually on the right track. That said, my time was being taken up by the media side of things and that took away from building up the business and managing my team.

Do you have any changes you’d like to see made with Smarcomms? Any ideas for the team?

Instagram Reels and YouTube support! Video is the future and we would love to have everything under one media house rather than bring in other vendors to service those two specific sections

Do you have any advice for other Smarcomms users?

Always be willing to speak your mind, make sure that you connect with the team and set expectations for both parties at the start. The Smarcomms team is always willing to listen and adapt.

What is one thing you want customers to take away from your business? What are you truly selling?

We’re not just selling people on a temporary job. We’re selling opportunities, we’re making the world of work more accessible and helping the greater community one job placement at a time.
