Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?

We launched in May 2016 and we’re headquarted in the City of London. We were motivated to start the business in order to champion financial literacy so families could make smarter decisions around their wealth in order they can get the optimum benefit whilst alive and also preserve more of it to pass down generations.

What are some of your other favorite services/apps/tools for managing your social media presence?

We’ve used Hubspot and now we’re migrating to ActiveCampaign as our preferred CRM. Both are fantastic but ActiveCampaign is considerably cheaper and appears to be just as good, if not better. We also use Zapier to connect different apps together, which is an absolute gem! The amount of time saved because of that bridging tool is unbelievable. So we generate a decent amount of leads via Facebook, if it weren’t for Zapier those leads would need to be added to our CRM mannually before some members of our team can call those leads, Zapier does this with black magic and wizadry, updating the CRM, a Google Sheet, and it sends me an SMS when a lead comes in! Unbelievable time saver. It probably saves me a part-time admin assistant!

What other methods/strategies did you try in order to address those issues prior to using Smarcomms?

I used third parties to post content, but it was far too expensive.

How did you learn about Smarcomms?

I think it was a Facebook ad or a Google Search.

How long have you been using Smarcomms?

Around 1 year now.

What prompted you to move forward with Smarcomms?

Low prices and the efficiency of the service.

Have you tried any of our competitors? If so, why did you choose Smarcomms instead?

It has to be the ease of use of the platform and the content created is really good.

How are you benefitting from using Smarcomms? i.e. 10 hours saved per week, 15 new enquiries from social media etc.

I reckon I’m saving at least 10hrs per week on content creation and it’s a way to maintain our online brand presence.

It’s important to post consistently and that’s where Smarcomms comes in. But it’s even more important that you also get in front of the camera to truly boost your marketing.
