Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?

It’s all about encouraging creative and imaginative play for your child! I’ll admit- I’m old school. I know I pads, video games and TV are a big draw to our kiddos and great babysitters I might add;) I’m certainly not beyond using them for my grand children at times! BUT as a retired pre-school teacher and director I think children learn best through play and lots of it. That is how this little business of mine started over 7 years ago. I made a few masks for my second grandson Max and things just took off from there. I am “Granny” to 6 precious grands. The current score is 3 boys and 3 girls. Yes- I am blessed beyond words. My very favorite things are Jesus, my family and sewing. I have 3 large embroidery machines that I keep running most days creating imaginative play items for my grandkids, their schools and my amazing customers and have been doing so here in the beautiful state of Montana. I have met so many wonderful people from all over the world through my shop. Of course repeat customers are the best as it lets me know you love what you purchased from me. Customer service is super important to me and I strive to do everything in my power to assure you are happy with the product and experience with my shop. Thank you for taking the time to visit and please feel free to contact me and introduce yourself or share how I can help you and your little ones learn through play time!

I’ve used Fiverr on occasion but communication can be a problem at times

How are you benefitting from using Smarcomms? i.e. 10 hours saved per week, 15 new enquiries from social media etc.

So many hours saved, peace of mind knowing that social media posts are going out and they are attractive and engaging. leaves time for me to do what I do best which isn’t social media posting!

Anything else you’re proud to share?

I love that the postings are relevant to my brand and that the creators get my niche business.

Do you have any changes you’d like to see made with Smarcomms? Any ideas for the team?

I would like the day I get posts to be approved always on the same day of the week. I have missed a few of the approval dates and postings because I never know for sure when the content will be up for me to approve.
